We are now going to move into a new phase for these posts.

We are heading toward a consideration of correlation and regression, as base camp for further development towards mixed-effects modelling.

The next post will focus on correlations, previously mentioned here (where you’ll find a link to some slides) and the representation of relationships between variables (see here), making use of some of the selection or subsetting capability which we have just been developing (see here).
